Imagine your body more as an energy system rather than a physical form. Similar in shape but formed by light. See the flow of different colored energies flowing throughout your system. See the energy blockage at the point of your concern (injury, sore spot, illness). See the “Creator” enter your energy flow, going to your point of concern. See “Creator” repairing the blockage. Stay with this image for five to ten minutes… longer if it feels right.
Imagine that a part of you is an “inner healer”. Give that part/persona a name. Ask this inner healer to continue working with “Creator” when you return to your outer world. Offer gratitude.
Be sure to give yourself enough time to shift consciousness from inner world to outer world before working with any machinery or driving.
