Breathe
This one is not mine. It’s been out there for some time.
First: BREATHE (especially if you are in pain)
– Breathe in through your nose for a count of 4
– Breathe out through pursed lips for a count of 7
– Hold with empty lungs for a count of 8
Do this at least 4 times
(I found this helps with dizziness caused by Long COVID.)
