My Safe Place

You do need a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for at least 20 minutes. Make it your own.

Set your intention to create your inner safe space:
1) Imagine yourself far above the Earth looking down.
2) Imagine three places on the Earth.
3) Now pick one of them with out thinking – gut feeling.
4) Look around.
– are you outside or inside
– see this place “furnished” with items that give you comfort and security
– it may feel as if you are “remembering” this place. That’s OK. Let it happen.
